Contando Con Un Amigo is a non-profit charity organization in Playa del Carmen, Mexico that provides free education to children in the zone that are not able to afford basic school supplies and books. The organization founded and build a practical school in one of the forgotten zones in the city, where basic services lack such as water, and electricity. This project was started by the community for the community, the government is not involved, so the organization relies solely on donations and volunteers. Everyone is welcome to help in any way! No matter where are you from, the organization receives foreign people as volunteers all the time.
